WE ARE TO BE MORE LIKE HIM, FULLY INTIMATE WITH HIS WILL, A LIVING SACRIFICE ROMANS 12:1

AS THE LORD MAY FORGIVE OUR SINS AS WE CONFESS THEM TO HIM, AND CONFESS THE SINS OF OUR NATIONS, WE WILL ALSO BEGIN TO FULFILL THE WORDS OF ISAIAH 58: 5-12, INCLUDING VERSE 12: " THOSE FROM AMONG YOU SHALL BUILD THE OLD WASTE PLACES; YOU SHALL RAISE UP  THE FOUNDATIONS OF MANY GENERATIONS; AND YOU SHALL BE CALLED THE REPAIRER OF THE BREACH, THE RESTORER OF STREETS TO DWELL IN"

Feedback from a friend in Ukraine:

We know we are all in the hands of the Lord, the King of the Universe, no matter what happens; however, even though He is almighty, He also requires our prayers since He has put the world under human authority from the beginning (Gen. 1:26).

Our human dilemma is that sinful, demonically influenced people mess things up, and we all as members of a fallen race share partial responsibility for the turmoil and tragedy that so often afflicts our world.

Therefore, we need to be our brother’s keepers, identifying in repentant, united, and authoritative prayer for the Deliverer’s help to heal and save, even in seemingly impossible situations of human conflict and suffering. Your part in the prayer of agreement is therefore so crucial and powerful, so let's please continue until we see His transformational breakthroughs!

An update on the situation:

Today, on a call with some ministry leaders who are inside Ukraine, they described the increasing aerial bombardments and asked prayer for:

• Protection, independence, and freedom for their nation.

• Also, for pastors to be strengthened and waves of salvation with many to come to Christ.

  • Encouragingly, they mentioned that they have already been seeing thousands praying to receive Him in the midst of the refugee exodus.

• Also, we discussed the possibility of a reconciliation prayer initiative with their Russian counterparts, whose nation is also suffering greatly due to this senseless conflict.

  • Years ago, during my long stint with an international humanitarian agency, we did a lot of such initiatives in war zones, bringing together His people from the various sides of the conflicts.

  • We found that 2 Chron. 7:14 does work and that when divisions among the church leaders have been addressed through confession and forgiveness, followed by heart-united prayer, an unexpected peace agreement would often be implemented by the political leaders soon after, even the next day or within a few days.

  • During those years, colleagues and I witnessed in wonder the Healer of the Nations bringing 9 civil wars to an end this way.

• Let’s pray for the same kind of thing to happen again with both Russian and Ukrainian participation.!!

It is sensitive and difficult to pull off, but God through our prayers can do all things as we all know.

We are watching in shock as the nation of Ukraine is under assault by a neighboring country. In my video above I give an in-depth background and appeal for what I am sharing with you here. Please take the time to view it.

It is important to both understand and practice what has been given to us in scripture in this time of war.

"Now my beloved ones, I have saved these most important truths for last:  Be supernaturally infused with strength through your life union with the Lord Jesus.  Stand victorious with the force of his explosive power flowing in and through you.  Put on God’s complete set of armor provided for us, so that you will be protected as you war against the evil strategies of the accuser!  Your hand-to-hand combat is not with human beings, but with the highest principalities, and authorities operating in rebellion under the heavenly realms.  For they are a powerful class of demon-gods, and evil spirits that hold this dark world in bondage."  (Ephesians 6:10-12; TPT)

In the midst of our prayer times, we must understand that there is a second front to any war—the prayer front. Our battle is supernatural in nature.

In fasting and praying to understand which of the powers of darkness, or territorial spirits, are fighting right now in Ukraine, I understood that it is Perun, the god of war. As one studies the history of Ukraine and Russia, we know that they were one country ruled by Vladimir. In his pre-Christian days, (and the latter case could be debated), they worshiped Perun. This spirit wants its complete territory back.

Many nations have at one time worshipped the god of war. It seems like the gods of war are arising again and want to set nation against nation. This could lead to World War III.

In my book, Possessing the Gates of the Enemy, I taught how to deal with these spirits in a safe way. We are clearly given authority over them in the book of Ephesians.

I am calling the generals of God on a worldwide scale, and believers everywhere, to set aside a time to pray that the war in Ukraine stop. Also, this does not need to spread to all of Europe and the nations of the world. God loves both the Ukrainian and Russian people. It is not His will that thousands perish; many that may not know Him.

A combined consensus of a number of different prayer movements around the world is that we should set aside March 16th, which is biblical Purim, to pray that the powers of darkness affecting both the Ukrainian and Russian conflict, and each of our nations, be bound concerning war.

Many intercessors in the United States feel that Baal, the storm god of war, is the strongman that we are fighting here over our nation. We are being sent dreams that tell of Washington, D.C., Seattle, Washington, and other cities being bombed. Prayer leaders from Alaska are interceding against an invasion. Leaders in Taiwan and other Asian nations are concerned about a take-over from China. Ancient animosities all over the world are being triggered.

The story of Purim was one of deliverance from a power far greater than the Jews. Haman looked invincible, but God intervened after prayer and fasting. We must believe that God will do the same for our nations today.

Let’s put out Shields Up together and hold the line!

We will also hold another two hour zoom call as a Global Day of Repentance, where there will be times in private to repent personally from any old sin patterns, thereby making the intercession that much more powerful. As it's the effective, fervent prayers of a righteous person that avails much. (James 5:16). Removing in private our own sin patterns grows us in His Righteousness.

At that point we can move, as His vessels, towards being those the Lord Jesus Christ spoke about in the Sermon on the Mount, Matthew 5:8-9: " Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God. Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God."
