AFGHANISTAN

Prayer Points:

• May people be hidden supernaturally by the hand of the Lord just like John 8:59 when Jesus disappeared into the crowd.

• Pray for those fleeing to the hills to be protected (Psalms 73, Psalms 91)

• Pray for miraculous protection for women and children being forcibly taken and those that have already been taken for their protection, salvation, and deliverance. (2 Thessalonians 3:1-5)

• Pray for the Afghan church to step into its identity in Christ and walk in unity with the Holy Spirit. (Ezekiel 37, Romans 15:5 –6)

• Pray for the safe evacuation and escape of Americans, mission workers of all nationalities, and Afghan believers who feel led to leave the country.

• Pray for the safety of those Christians that remain, that they would have the ability to move to areas of refuge.

• Pray for comfort, courage, and provision for the widows and orphans of those martyred for their faith.

• Pray that war orphans will remain free from the Taliban and those caring for them will remain protected as well.

• Pray for Afghan believers who are now compelled to proclaim the Good News boldly to their neighbors and countrymen who are despairing Taliban rule.
